Product Condition

• What condition are your products in? All of the products we sell on are new unless stated otherwise.

• Refurbished Items: All products marked as Refurbished have been reconditioned here at YDT. We rigorously conduct a multi-step test process on each refurbished item to ensure they operate as intended. While small scratches may exist on these products, their performance and functionality have not been comprised. We guarantee all refurbished products to be fully functional. Products we sell as refurbished come with our 30 Day replacement warranty.



• What are the warranty terms? All items sold by YDT have our very own, 30-day replacement warranty. Should there be an issue due too a product defect within 30 days of purchase, simply email our customer service and they will arrange an RMA for you for a replacement

• Is a warranty provided? Brand new products offered by do include the full, original Manufacturer’s Warranty.



• Which carriers do you ship with? When you place an order at you can receive your shipment via standard shipping services, or you can select the method of your choosing.

• How much does shipping cost? Our standard flat rate shipping cost is currently FREE for most domestic US orders if your order exceed $99! • Why is my deal item charging me shipping? If the products located in Chinese market, we will charge some international shipping fees. And for the USA stock product we will charge standard shipping fees if your order not exceed $99.

• How long will it take to receive my shipment? At YDT, we offer you quick processing and shipping times. Orders are generally processed and shipped out the same or next business day, which means that United States customers receive their purchases within 2-7 business days.

• Do you ship outside of the United States? Yes! Luckily, for all of our international YDT fans, we do ship to you! Please be patient when it comes to shipping as it will take a bit longer for you to receive your package, due to travel time and customs.

• Why doesn't my tracking number give me any information about my order? YDT does not provide tracking numbers for international shipments weighing less that 13 oz. Therefore, if you placed a small order, you may not get any information about the location of your order when you click on the tracking number. That number simply lets you know that postage has been paid.



• What are my payment options? YDT uses advanced security measures to ensure your identity and private information are safe and protected. We are using PayPal payment system, PayPal can guarantee all the payment safty. You can use PayPal account and credict card to pay your orders.

• Taxes: YDT is required by law to charge sales tax on any order that is being shipped within CA State.

• How do I check my order status? You can check your order status on our website by filling out your last name and order number in the "Check Order Status" tab on the left bottom corner of the home page.

• Can I cancel an order once it has already been placed? You may cancel your order after you have placed it, as long as your order has not been shipped out yet. If your order has been shipped, you can refuse the shipment and your refund will be issued once it is returned to us.



• What is your return policy? To make your shopping experience as convenient as possible, we at YDT offer you our "30 Day Risk-Free, Just Because" Return Policy. This allows you to return any item that you have purchased within 30 days for a full refund with a minimal amount of inconvenience, just because you no longer desire the item. It's as simple as that. Please note that items must be completely intact, with all original parts and packaging, in order to be eligible for return.

• How do I return an item? If you receive an item and then decide you no longer want it, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. To do this, simply contact us first, then please full fill the return form in the shipping box. Depending on the reason for the return, you may be responsible for shipping charges. A refund will be issued upon our receipt of the item..

• Is return shipping free? YDT will not cover return shipping if you simply no longer want the item, or if have you ordered the wrong item. If your item is defective or you received the item, A4C will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return your item. As well, YDT is not responsible for customs fees and taxes when the item is returned from outside the U.S.

• How long will it take for my refund to be issued? You can expect your refund to be credited to your account within two days of your merchandise being returned to us.

• What do I do if I have received defective merchandise or items are missing from my order? In the event that you receive a defective item, please contact us so that we can process an exchange or a refund. YDT will cover all return shipping costs and a refund will be issued once the item is returned to us. If an item is missing from your order, please contact us and we will have it shipped to you immediately.



• What is your standard response time to an email? You can typically expect a response to your email within 24 hours. However, during the holiday season and after weekends, please allow up to 48 hours.
